For av software for Classic OSes (9.X and pre 9.X) and a firewall,
Gatekeeper, you may look at the following thread:

It is possible to install Tiger on some models of G3 (B&W) and probably on
all models of G4. Compiling from a source code should not be a serious
probelm.
