BTW, the SVN version of ClamAV supports case-insensitive regex matching.You
just need to precede the regex with (?i), eg.
clamscan --exclude-dir="(?i)^/SyS$"
will skip /sys, /Sys, /sYs, /syS, /SYs, /SyS, /sYS, and /SYS :-)
