Indeed, the installation script in clamav-0.93.3/database/Makefile only checks for the existence of .inc directories and it should check for the .cld files instead. This will be fixed in the new release. You can remove the main.cvd file manually or wait for the next update of the main database and freshclam will do it automatically. -- oo .....
