Do you plan to release sources under GPL ? Anyway I had plan to create
some similiar tool :-)
In fact I'd like to "merge forces" with somebody and complete ClamAV
"sub-team" for creating "Clam Antivirus for Windows" package with some
features missing currently in ClamWin.
This (if done and useful) could be officially supported by ClamAV Team.
